Fusion Café has partnered with Dada Salon to launch Fusion Café x DADA, a unique salon-adjacent café located on the third floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, next to the pool. This collaboration brings together specialty coffee, fresh food, and curated beverages in a vibrant, shared space.
The concept offers a full menu from breakfast through dinner, including gourmet espresso drinks, all-day dining options, cocktails and wine. The interior offers bar seating or cafe tables in a relaxed, upbeat setting that blends great food, great company, and a feel-good vibe.
Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 8pm Sunday and Monday 8am - 5pm
