Pint + Jigger

Tucked away in the back corner of the lobby, in the newly renovated Ala Moana Hotel, lies a hidden gem.  A signature icon of the Hawaii restaurant industry, Pint + Jigger is helmed by cocktail and whiskey authority, Dave Newman, with his nationally recognized cocktails and innovative techniques.  The first in the islands to institute a Sous Vide and Barrel-Aged cocktail program, Dave’s boundless innovations are inspired by a lifetime of globe-trotting and adventure-seeking, both in the mixology and culinary world.

After a two-year hiatus, Pint + Jigger, and its long-awaited Speakeasy, Harry’s Hardware Emporium, is back!  Whether catching the game on one of their many big-screen TVs, playing shuffleboard, celebrating, or just grabbing a pau-hana with friends, Pint + Jigger has built a name for itself as the watering hole for locals, industry-workers and tourists alike.  Pint + Jigger was one of the first bars in the country to curate both craft beer and craft cocktails on the highest level under one roof.  Its ever-rotating tap selection from local and international breweries, a festive beer garden, and one of the most extensive whiskey collections in the state.  And let’s not forget its world-class kitchen!  Boasting such renowned specialties as their Scotch Egg, Double-Cut Bacon, and Beer Cheese and Butter-Basted Oatmeal Stout Burger, Pint + Jigger has set a new bar for both the cocktail and culinary scene in the Aloha State.

Offering a more intimate and elevated experience, Harry’s Hardware Emporium transports you to a different time and place; a 1920’s themed speakeasy.  The attention to detail is unmatched, take it all in as you sip on Hawaii’s best Old Fashioned or, the “Bartender’s Choice” which offers you a chance to have your cocktail experience uniquely curated to your personal tastes and pleasures.  Not a cocktail connoisseur?  Not to worry! Harry’s has extensive beer, wine and non alcoholic options, which can be beautifully paired with their sophisticated fare.  At Harry’s, there are only two decisions you’ll have to make; who to invite, and whether you prefer vodka or Champagne with your caviar.
